As we grow in age, we grow in love for prayer. Oh! Let us pray more than ever, and spread around us, by example and teaching, by constant and increasing efforts, the wholesome, the saving spirit of prayer.

The congregation's combination of both a deep interior life and
apostolic energy and zeal is well represented in this book of daily
reflections. It can help Catholics learn to love the cross, and from
that love comes a transformation in daily action. Click

During a jog around the Notre Dame campus in October 2006, several
seminarians also exercised their brains. "We were reflecting on ways
that we could try to share the hope and the joy that we experience with
Holy Cross," says Andrew Gawrych, CSC, '02, '07M.Div. Click here

I highly recommend this wonderful new book, The Cross, Our Only Hope, which encapsulates so many hopes and dreams about the work of Holy Cross and the inspiration of our founder, Fr. Basil Moreau, C.S.C. One of the great things he did was to send to the wilds of Indiana his most promising Holy Cross religious, Fr. Edward Sorin, C.S.C.,who founded what would become the greatest Catholic university of all times. All of us at Notre Dame are the inheritors of a great and holy tradition.
